If you are looking for fun things to do as a family there are so many activities to be enjoyed! Mini Golf, Go Karts, Playgrounds, Art Barns and Museums - what is you families favorite? Its all nearby! Westwood Shores is near many popular attractions that cater to familes with kids.  Ask at our front desk for reccomendations, we are all happy to share our personal favorites.

You'll find the authentic Door County Fish Boil served at restaurants throughout the county, Westwood Shores has a great location to enjoy them all. 

Located three miles north of Sturgeon Bay, Westwood Shores is close to shopping. Galleries, souvenir shops and and an old time candy store are all worth the visit. Travel further up the peninsula for specialty foods and gifts.

Door County is home to 11 lighthouses. Sometimes we can see the blinking light of Sherwood Point Lighthouse from Westwood Shores. Visitors can tour Eagle Bluff and Cana Island Lighthouses. Several times a year there are organized tours of the lighthouses.
