ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION

Rates based on double occupancy (two people in all types of suites).
Four (4) people maximum in one bedroom suite and six (6) people maximum in a two bedroom suite
Children 12 and under stay free!
Additional people (Age 13 and older) $15.00/night.
All rates are subject to a 5% sales tax plus local tax.
All rates subject to change without notice.
We accept personal checks, VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS
Two and Three night minimums required on some Weekends and Holidays
Some holiday periods at weekend rate.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

Premier Suites have either a Secluded water view or a Courtyard water view ( * ).

Westwood Shores is a TOTALLY smokefree environment.
Cribs and high chairs are available at $5 each per day.
Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Discounts:
-7 nights stays - guests receive a 5% discount.
-Group and corporate discounts available, when 10 or more suites are booked. Group discounts are not available during the summer months.
-Make your 2007 reservations with deposit before January 1, 2007 and you'll receive 2006 rates.

Deposit Policy: 50% Deposit required within 7 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit less $10.00 handling fee will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival date (within 14 days deposit is forfeited). If reservation is changed after arrival you will be responsible for original reservation
