Deposit Policy:
There will be a 50% deposit of the total reservation deposit within a week of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs outside a 2 week period or more prior to the arrival date, we will charge you $10 and we will refund your deposit. If you give less than 2 weeks' notice, your deposit is forfeited.

Smoking is prohibited. If caught smoking, a cleaning fee may apply.
