We recently had our Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort Employee and their families  Summer Get-together at Egg Harbor Fun Park.  Everyone had a great time.  We usually have our party at the beginning of the summer but this year we did it at the beginning of August.

Located in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, Egg Harbor Fun Park is the perfect family playground! With a large 3000 sq. ft. indoor arcade and game area, even a rainy day can’t stop the fun. Complete with all of your favorite games like Skee Ball, pinball and many more. There is something for everyone and every age!

If you are hungry, your can dine in their deli-style pizza shop. Featuring fresh pizzas made to order along with hot dogs, brats, sausages, nachos and more. Plenty of seating for the whole family.

When your finished with your lunch or dinner, their ice cream shoppe features 16 varieties of hand dipped super p8170010premium ice cream. Cones, sundaes, malts, shakes & floats will sure to please you and your gang.

What family vacation would be complete without a round of mini-golf? Enjoy 18 holes of fun filled mini-golf action on Door County’s newest fun park. Putt your way over bridges, past waterfalls through the cave and under the 3 story tall lighthouse.

maplewaupeeYesterday I decided to go out and check out Farm Markets I have never been too.  I printed off a list from the Door County Visitor Bureau website and off we went.  We stopped by many fruit stands but the first place we stopped was our favorite.  It’s called Maplewaupee Farm Market.  It’s on Highway 42 just 1 1/2 miles off of Highway 57.

They have homestyle preserves, fresh vegetables,  and handmade jewelry and crafts.

They are open seasonaly 9 AM – 6 PM.  If you want a nice reminder of Door County stop by Maplewaupee Farm Market!
